I am a non-medical practitioner psychotherapist and hold a diploma in Business Administration. I have extensive formal training in evidence-based assessment and therapy and regularly collaborate, consult, and engage in professional development activities to maintain best practices. I have more than 10 years’ experience in counseling, coaching and therapy and more than 15 years’ executive experience in leadership, management and project management. I was trained in different therapeutic approaches and work in a collaborative and responsive manner to help you resolve your concerns and make constructive changes to improve your well- being. I strive to help people feel restored, free and capable of creating the life and relationships they desire. My services are provided in German and English.
